Yes. Before any services can begin, Praxis requires an autism diagnosis and supporting documentation from the diagnosing provider, such as a psychological or psychiatric diagnostic evaluation or report. Your health plan may also require a referral or prior authorization. The Praxis team will explain how to submit required documents securely during intake. Please do not send medical records or sensitive health information through the general inquiry form.
